Accordion

Incidents are automatically escalated when they breach their SLA threshold. The escalation chain follows: Assigned Officer, Area Manager, Security Director, then Operations VP. Manual escalation can be triggered at any time.
SLA timers begin from the moment an incident is reported. Business hours are calculated based on the site operating schedule. Catastrophic and Major severity incidents use 24/7 clocks.
Yes, users with Admin or Security Manager roles can select multiple incidents from the table view and apply bulk status updates using the checkboxes and Bulk Actions dropdown.
Navigate to Reports and use the Export button. You can export as PDF, Excel, or CSV. Filters applied to the current view will be reflected in the export.
